These brushes are made with a very soft goat hair. They hold a lot of water! They are indispensable to the traditional Japanese printmaker for moistening the printing paper, although we have to admit that when you see the price, you will be tempted to use a cheap paintbrush for that job ... Go ahead! (But one day you will be back to this page when you really want to do the job properly - with the printing paper evenly and smoothly moistened ...)
