Greetings Bareners,
Like many newbies from oil printing I have had lots of problems during the past months preparing for the #27 Moku Hanga print exchange.
I feel guilty about not being involved with dialogue on the forum throughout this work period, but there seemed no need to ask questions... you all asked them for me!
I have just contacted and posted my #27 exchange prints to Bea. The line up of participants is formidable. I offer mine as a steep learning curve in Moku Hanga.
This is a brilliant forum for woodblock printmaking and I would like to thank all the administrators and, of course, you the contributors yet again.
I'm never able to offer Moku Hanga advice as a beginner. However, as my contribution I could show you my method of working from the initial ideas of "Mythical Beasts" to a conclusion in four linked illustrated web pages.
Beware #27 participants who would like a surprise when Bea sends out the exchange prints : page four contains my completed print!
