Harry thanks for David's instructional information on embossing. I have
always thought it was a beautiful process but this opened my eyes to new
possibilities. I always used in white areas only, never thought to enhance a
colored area with an emboss. How great this would be for water! WOW!

Hello to all Bareners and printmakers!
I have put together a website that might interest some of you. It is a free resource to list your name with links to your website.
It is totally free. No fees anywhere.
You can place a classified add there as well. free.
This is similar to what barens is doing with the artist list, though make no mistake, I am not ripping them off or stealing from them in anyway what so ever. I love barens, You all rock! and I am proud to be a part of it.
Barens actually inspired me to do this.
This site can not hope be the fantastic resource with the near endless knowledge that Barens is.
I just wanted to make a site that is one more stepping stone in joining printmakers from all around the world to show others their work and spread the word- PRINTMAKING IS NOT A DYING ART!! In any form.
Ok, enough said, I hope some of you will take part. It is free and for fun.
here it is:

Hello all,
My sister is visiting NYC just now and recommened this
online exhibit. I have always admired KiKi Smith's
imaginative sensibility in her work. There is also a
stunning Odilon Redon exhibit that you can view as
well.
