The intersecting point with intaligo printing and wood blocks would be
either viscosity printing or collograph print making. I understand this is a bit
off topic for standard wood cuts but many things do find a use.
If you were going to do either type of printing mentioned above it would
make sense to use a 1/4" plywood instead of plankgrain board but it would make
an interesting experiment. There are plenty of books explain how do to
standard viscosity printing and/or collographs so if you were interested that is
were I would look for basic info.
Darn it someone keeps trying to teach this old dog new tricks.
