Sorry to post a bit off-topic (again), but I'm working on a 2nd ball point
pen drawing (after completing a first drawing and then 8 paintings of the
same image as the current drawing using brush and water color this week)
and I've mounted the web cam right on the Y-gantry of my big machine, so
you can see the drawing appear to 'roll around' under the pen in some
detail... It's just too cool, and I just don't have anybody else to tell!
http://lyonstudio.inetcam.com/ or go to my web site and click "STUDIO WEB
CAM" -- I'll leave the lights on tonight when I leave so you'll be able to
watch it whenever... If the pen doesn't break or run out of ink it should
finish the first 3/4 of the drawing by around 2AM (currently 4:20pm central
US time)... Tomorrow I'll run the rest of the drawing and begin another --
my machine can't handle more than 1,000,000 lines of code, and this drawing
requires about 1.4 million lines -- each line is a command to "move from
point a to point b". Tickles me how 'cool' this is!
