For those of you in the Monkey exchange, we have added Jeanne N. Chase to
the list. Jeanne had been offline for a while (computer problems) and had
left me a message to add her on...which I did not do on time.....so please
add her to your mailing list now....
If you have already sent your monkey prints, please take a minute to send
Jeanne a copy, she's been a member of the new year exchange since 1999.

John,
I forgot one very important thing, when you ink your block, use lots of thin layers of ink...three thin layers on the block will give you a much better print than one thick layer. The roller needs to be half way between dry and sticky, the ink on the slab should look like close cut velvet. If you can hear is sticking you have too much ink. You should barely be able to hear "swish, swish, swish" when you roll it out, not "splat, splat, splat". if you are using a roller that is smaller than your block, ink from the center to the edge.
Best of luck
Barbara
