The center of the print is oil based, but the outer boarder is printed in waterbased ink because it was printed on the road. (ease of cleanup)(I only had one small brayer so the outer boarder was printed in three parts, even though there are only two blocks- the center block and the outer block) The four elements are shown in the boarder (separately- yet intertwined). The center shows humans emboding the elements emotionally: Fire- fighting dragons, Air- dancing, Earth- kissing, and Water- bathing.
