When I go to the completed exchanges page #50 is not an active link - all the rest up to that are. How is everyone else seeing it???

Hi Folks,

Just for the record:

I get the "once-a-day" email except that it is three (3) separate emails
(old, text, and html) and sometimes these once-a-day (3) emails turn into
several-a-day (6,9,12) emails. I contacted someone about this over a year
ago and they told me that, that is just how it is. At one point I did
"unsubscribe" to try to rectify the matter myself, but absolutely nothing
changed. I still got all the emails.

This is to say: Please do not get angry or frustrated with others'
difficulties in unsubscribing. I have had the same issues.

Namaste,
Eileen

I think the "Old" and Text versions of the Digest should be nixed, I have it
going straight to the trash, as well as the Blog notification, which is
redundant with the HTML version of the Digest.

Also, I think more of our new members get emails on their phone and that can
be more annoying than clicking delete on a computer.

Subscribe to the digest, you get one email daily. It will not fill up
your inbox and it is far from annoying. Our hard working committee
members should not have to go through the extra work to unsubscribe
you when you voluntarily subscribed yourself. If you don't like us
that PLEASE go to the main page and unsubscribe.

Personally I can't think of a finer group of artists anywhere. Thank
you to all our wonderful volunteers, without you we would not exist
and without your patience we would have died ages ago.

Thanks Marilynn, I feel the same way. And I do not get too many e mails. This group is a marvel and they have great ideas and when we have a problem then we feel free to post and try to have them solved.

Just so this is more business.
I am trying to find a good quality paper for Wood engraving. Most that I have tried seem a little too rough for a small woodengraving. Any suggestions?

Jeanne

Subject: Ukiyoe Heroes : production ...
Posted by: Dave Bull

For those who have been wondering when production of all those Ukiyoe Heroes prints will begin, I can let you know that we are indeed now actually under way. Here's a quick shot of the top layer of my print pack as I packed it up this evening:

Those prints aren't finished of course; I'm just shy of half-way through the impressions on this batch of 60 sheets. (I can't do more than 60 at a time just now, because the weather is way to hot and humid for me to get through more than this at one 'sitting'.)
