Hi Barbara,
I have one brush on which the bristles have hardened up at the roots.
I'm just guessing that it's paste. It probably *is* from using way
too much water and paste, as I know that I printed too wet for at
least the first 9 months and I've had this brush since the beginning.
It's one of the cheaper "sosaku" brushes from Woodlike Matsumura,
which are adequate but not as good as the professional grade. I
figured I should ruin a cheap brush first :)
