Hi Barbara,

I don't post enough to have missing messages, but for some reason I no
longer get the new Baren Forum, only the old with the messy information. I
have been waiting to see if it would clear it's self up, doesn't look like
that is going to happen.

Welcome Lori, I love your work. The group really needs to get you into an
exchange as soon as possible. Lino cuts are more than welcome and yours
are lovely. You should have a good time with all the possibilities that
this group has to offer.

Hi Lori,

Welcome to Baren, a printmaking place like no other on the net. I enjoyed
looking at your images, they are wonderful ....you have already heard form
another Iowan; Sue Salsbury and I think there are a few more lurking. Your
work reminds me a lot of another old member John Ryrie from Australia...

Yes, there is something wrong, I have heard from others who are not able to see messages if they hit reply, only if the compose a new message...
Dave is away but as soon as he gets home we can ask him to look at this.....
The list has run so well for so many years...maybe we have too much on it....but I don't think so. go into the administration area, unsubscribe both forums, then resubscribe the new forum. If all is working right, that should take care of it.

Well, my usual incompatibility with technology strikes again! If you want to
view the horizontal images fully you will need to click on them and they will
appear in a popup.

I am a printmaker/painter - mainly do animal images. Currently working on a
print series of rodeo bulls.

I have been working for the past couple of years with Mary Holland at the
VMFA Studio School in Richmond, VA (which is an amazing resource).

My big printmaking influences are Lynd Ward, Rockwell Kent, and William
Nicholson. I am definitely more Western influenced than Japanese, but this Forum
has me intrigued so I suspect I will be leaning more Easterly in the future.
