Hello Mary Ann,

Thanks so much ... Yes, I did get the picture. I liked it VERY much. I
liked the use of the leather ... it seemed quite effective.

I was inspired to try the stone I have here, but the Moss Street Paint In
delayed me a bit. I do not have a slab saw, so I will have to use the stone
pretty much as found. I have a piece with one side rather flat, so I am in
the process of grinding it flatter and then will try carving an image.

I will not be able to use a press, but will have to print by hand. I think
I will have to print just as relief, as I do not think I can get enough
pressure by hand to print as intaglio. Did I understand you to say you
printed with a press?

By the way, what tools did you use to carve your stone?
