Baren Digest Friday, 13 June 2003 Volume 23 : Number 2258 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Cucamongie#aol.com Date: Thu, 12 Jun 2003 09:14:08 EDT Subject: [Baren 21778] carpal tunnel Kristine, sorry that you need to have surgery for this! My brother had that surgery a while back and it was a bit scary cause it seemed to take so long to heal. At one point, though, things really turned a corner and now he feels fine - best of luck to you, Sarah ------------------------------ From: "marilynn smih" Date: Thu, 12 Jun 2003 09:41:16 -0700 Subject: [Baren 21779] Re: Baren Digest V23 #2257 Am posting this to the list to be certain both Jeanne and Carol get it. I would assume the thrifty car rental Carol wants to meet up in is in terminal C. Yes east will meet west and I guess south meets us too, from Florida, in the KC at a rental car counter in the KC airport. We only have one cell phone and the husband needs it because he will be on the boat and not at home here. I leave tomorrow afternoon for Portland and fly out Saturday morning, so reach me now if you need me. If for some reason I do not arrive at the rental car counter I will grab a cab if I must. One way or the other I am coming!!! Marilynn ------------------------------ From: "Jeanne N. Chase" Date: Thu, 12 Jun 2003 12:58:18 -0400 Subject: [Baren 21780] Re: Baren Digest V23 #2257 Marilynn I will be at the rental car (Thrifty) in terminal C after I get my baggage. That means most likely that I will be there around 2 as my plane gets in at 1;30. Wait for me. If we have to , we can share a taxi, that is , if Carol does not find us. No fun to hang around a baggage car area, but it will work. Good books are handy about this time. I will have a flag on my wheeley suitcase. Jeanne N. PS. I am blonde, with lots of hair, tall and over 50 (not telling how over) ------------------------------ From: Jsf73#aol.com Date: Thu, 12 Jun 2003 14:03:33 EDT Subject: [Baren 21781] Re: baren digest, Vol 1 #815 - 11 msgs In a message dated 6/12/03 8:27:18 AM Eastern Daylight Time, blueman#pantek.com writes: > >I will be arriving in K.C. on Saturday at 3:19 p.m. (terminal B). > Anybody up for sharing a taxi >ride? -Kent Kirkpatrick > > Kent, I don't know what time John Furr is picking up people.
