How many calendars are you going to make to help raise money so Baren can stay online and continue to publish its member comments? One old boyfriend, angry because I would no longer financialy support him and his political activities, told me, "Your newspaper is your only protection." I am sorry to say that my time commitments for the next while will make it impossible for me to take part. I had hoped to be financially in a position to retire this year, but alas it ain't gonna happen. So I have to keep my nose to the grindstone and limit the time I can spend on art projects. I do hope the calendars do very well. If this test project is a winner, then we can look forward to doing more in the future, and I sincerely expect to take part then. I do support Baren financially by buying tools and materials through the Baren Mall. And I encourage others to do so as well. I hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Give my regards to your hubby. Cheers ........ Charles At 04:19 PM 4/13/03 -0700, you wrote: >How many calenders did you sign up for, Charles? How nice that you met Rebecca Salter. I loved the body parts in the museum...makes one wonder what they used them for....certainly they were not just decorative...but I guess you never know. Looks like a lot of good work was done and you passed on a lot of mokuhanga knowledge! Wish we could have been there!Best to you,Barbara >April Vollmer wrote:I finally put photos >from my trip to Druckstelle Workshop in Berlin up on my website >at: > >1. You can say whatever you want and I will not respond to it. I have to learn to be more respectful. And more diplomatic.
