Will Monica Bright, Brenda Everett, Barbara Patera and Agda Synnergren
PLEASE CONTACT ME as soon as possible regarding your puzzle piece. If you
have received it, I need to know; if you have not, I need to know.
I will replace US pieces that have not been received, however I just can't
see replacing pieces going to foreign countries; if customs swallowed the
first piece, they would probably swallow the next.
Wonder what custom officers do with a chunk of plywood marked: "wood block
for craft project"?

Anyhow, sigh!

Subject: [Baren 20583] messy hanga, etc 

Gayle, I know this can make things more time-consuming, but
sometimes I wear gloves while inking, then take them off once I'm
ready to put the paper on the block.  I buy nitrile gloves that
are a size too big for me so they are not too hard to take on and
off.  This way I keep my hands and the paper cleaner. As for the
creases, I'll be interested to hear response from the experts out
there.  If you have lumpy parts or creases that aren't too bad,
you can try spraying the back of the print with a plant sprayer,
then placing between blotters and putting lots of books on top to
dry.  You can change the blotters every few hours or as you need
to. No doubt about it, hanga is difficult!
