Subject: [Baren 17889] something weird 

Something weird is going on with the digests. I don't just
mean the normal messes of gobbledegook because people send
html mail to it.

I got digest 1800 on Tuesday, nothing on Wed, and then
Digest 1800 _AGAIN_ on thursday with some new material
added.

Something weird is indeed going on. The computer which runs the [Baren] 
list was down for a hardware upgrade the day before yesterday, and 
things have been a little strange since then. It doesn't look like any 
postings are being lost, but there have been delays with messages being 
sent out, and the Digest has obvious problems.

The people over at the ISP are onto it, and hopefully will have things 
ironed out as soon as possible.
