I'll answer in how I use them. I use a standard hole punch and three hole punch the paper. Then I align the paper to the block (remember, I do reduction prints so this is very important for this type of printing). I place the registration "tabs" under the paper and align them to the holes. Then I very carefully tape them into place. I then will firmly attach them with more tape, because they will stay there until the reduction print is completely done, which can be up to a month or more. With this method, I will leave a half inch at the top or bottom of the block uncarved, so there is a resting place for the tabs which is level with the printing surface, which is mandatory no matter if you use this method or the one below. If I am doing a multi-block print, I will first create an "L" frame, then attach the "tabs" according to the block AND the frame on the "L" frame. Once again though, the tabs stay in place until the block is done. Anyone who has recieved my earlier prints will remember that they always had holes at the top or bottom of them. I now chop off the holes. - -- Daniel L. I am truly grateful for your efforts. I was just in a hurry to get the prints out and when the package left I remembered I meant to include a note to you. THANK YOU!
