I write to Juan directly, but it doesn't go through. And the baren digest goes out to him, but gets stopped somewhere before it gets to his mailbox. Any suggestions? I know! Hand delivery....I'll pack my suitcases. ;-) Wanda Baren forum moderator juan wrote: > > DEAR ADMINISTRATOR: > > Im susbriber of your digest baren letter, but I haven«t received any one > from you since last monday. Well I also decided to prepare a "hand out" for them as well for reference...which ...got bigger and bigger as I remembered more and more things that they "might" be asked from the "knowing or not knowing" public...and where should I start...well, I found April's Article in "Printmaking Today - Vol 7 no 4 Winter 1998 ISSN O960 9253" and expanded it from a little bit of the History through to the very end...like hanging the prints out to dry"...Well, you know....and acknowledge her article as one of my references. It would have been more perfect after being at Bootcamp, but April did add suggestions to my 10 page handout and I am very grateful to her and this website for its teaching methods. I have since been to the Exhibition and have some very favourable comments on my demo and handout which has been a great source of reference for the guides...I caught a glimpse of one guide with my paper in her hand!! I knew it was too much for them to take it in!!!! Yes, and now Katie Clemson..... In Printmaking Heaven! Cheers! Cartwheels! I am clearing the deck, so I think I should drop the flora exchange, just in case I get too busy to do it. I know someone will be glad to take my place. This is Kwee Horng from Singapore. It is nice to know that there is another art teacher in Baren (or maybe there are more?). I teach art full time at a secondary school - to students ages 12 - 16; all girls. I take it that your students will be about the same age? Perhaps we could have a print exchange of our students' works in the future. ------------------------------ End of Baren Digest V16 #1509 *****************************
