MEMBERS' ACTIVITIES

As reported in the NewsFeed supplement a few days ago, Matt Brown
will be:

"... in NYC Saturday, May 13, from 11 - 5:30 as part of
an art and craft show, set up with a display of
woodblock prints, including a number of new ones from
this past winter. This is in The Village, on Jones St.,
between Bleecker and West 4th. Look forward to seeing
any Bareners who might be able to stop by."

Meanwhile, over in Nevada, Maria Arango is back at it, exhibiting
at the Henderson Art Fest, where over 40,000 visitors from all
over Nevada are expected to cram into downtown Henderson on May 13
& 14. The work of 300 artists and craftspeople will be on show at
the event, where Maria will demonstrate to the multitudes how she
makes woodcut prints.

Sheryl Coppenger writes:

"I recently became ringmaster of the Printmaker's
Webring, which has been around a while but was abandoned
months ago. I also started a new 'Resources for
Printmakers' webring for sites for printmaking supplies,
workshops, organizations, etc.

EXCHANGES

The final prints for Exchange #5 arrived in the coordinator's
hands some hours ago, and she will be "gettin' to it" just as soon
as she gets back from Henderson ...
