It is clear from your reply that you have indeed thought out your work space from the ground up. Your floor sounds interesting and I would like to know more, did you spray the foam or was it sheet goods? Ya that flu stuff is bad. It was sheet foam I laid on the floor. No control using the spray foam.... I remember using it once beside a window and it pushed all the mould out of shape. I wonder if you had a look at the Horai Dai I use for carving. This, for me, is a real back and neck saver.... >http://members.home.net/woodblocks/HoraiDai.html Cheers, Graham/Victoria BC - --============_-1260149592==_ma============ Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Re: [Baren 8697] Re: The well thought out bench.

If anybody wants to check it out, go to: http://www.geocities.com/pedrobot2000/ and follow the red arrows. I think I put four new prints up... - --Pete ------------------------------ From: Studio Dalwood Date: Thu, 02 Mar 2000 18:35:53 +1100 Subject: [Baren 8700] Stuff Hi all I took all the dragon prints to my framers the other day to show her what I had been telling her about. We ended up with the shop at a halt as all the prints were exclaimed over by the entire shop staff. They had so much fun fondling and spreading them all over the table and were very impressed. Congratulations all! These people collect prints and I often pay for framing that way. Lots of nice news, thanks Maria, Dave and all for your contributions. I particularly enjoyed the mug shots and am envious I can't join in. Curious that there were all these strewn prints around the lunch table. Anyone would think this was a group of mad printmakers or something. Nice to know mine is not the only print strewn abode. Sometimes its hard to find a seat. I think Im going to emigrate and move in with Bea. My kind of house from what I've seen. Yes we do have a chat room now. The tree list is hosted by Onelist and their latest update added a chat facility. I dropped in on the papermaking ladies having their first chat today. Lots of fun, especially listening to one lady who at age 83 was having her first ever online chat. She was hooked immediately. I will be online again at around 7am my time tommorrow which is about 3ish afternoon Thurs for you guys. (its 6.30pm Thus here as I write.) Time to go cook dinner for hungry lord and master (he wishes!) Graham, Some of your massages are coming through 'mingled' with other's. Yours only. I can read the letter in hand only if i try to "Reply". Is it only my problem? Any one else got it this way - two letters in the price of one? Arye ------------------------------ From: David Bull Date: Thu, 02 Mar 2000 19:59:37 +0900 Subject: [Baren 8702] Administration message ... > Some of your massages are coming through 'mingled' with other's. > Yours only. > I can read the letter in hand only if i try to "Reply". > Is it only my problem? All these problems are due to the fact that some members are sending messages to [Baren] in HTML format, and when others reply to these messages, their mail software automatically replies in the same format ... And now that we are also seeing mail in 'flowed' format, parts of each message may overwrite other parts on the viewer's screen. The result is messy at best, and for Digest subscribers, chaos. We are currently investigating a different list serving software, one that can handle this better, but until such a change is made, may I remind everybody once more: Please send mail to [Baren] in _text_ format; do not use HTML formatting. If you do not understand what this means, then please look in the 'Preferences' section of your email program, where you will see a setting for 'Send mail in HTML format', or something similar. You don't have to give up sending mail in HTML format to other people, most current email software allows you to set the preference for each address in your address book. Please set [Baren] to 'text'. Thank you ... Dave ------------------------------ End of Baren Digest V10 #925 ****************************
