A long time ago, in a land far away, I used to work in an automotive body-shop supply store. My job was to custom color-match paints for repair jobs. I learned many things about color mixing, but the reason I bring this up is that in a body-shop supply store you can buy a variety of flakes and dust to add to your prints. Among the tiny jars that I remember were metal flakes of many sizes and colors, gold and silver being the most popular, mica flakes, obsidian flakes, pearl dust of several colors including mother of pearl dust, and the ever popular gold-leaf flakes. Of course when you buy them, you have less control of both the original product and the size of the flakes. Just a thought. Health to all, Maria ------------------------------ End of Baren Digest V9 #762 ***************************
